  2. What if I am brand new to Functional Human Solutions?
    1. All new clients will have to complete the New Client Onboarding to get started before joining a membership.
  3. Who is writing my programs?
    1. Jeremy
  4. What if I have limited equipment?
    1. We can customize your training to what you have available or suggest local gyms to join that will have plenty of equipment options.
  5. What if I already have a commercial gym membership?
    1. Perfect! Let us know what gym it is and provide a list of available equipment you are comfortable with.
  6. What if I have an existing injury or movement limitation?
    1. Jeremy is a movement specialist and Soft Tissue Therapist, he will evaluate your concerns and provide appropriate solutions and/or refer you to a local provider that can perform hands on therapy.
  7. What if I get sick or injured during my training cycle?
    1. Communicate with your Coach for the best solutions to speed recovery. Remember this is Coaching not just a training routine.
  8. How are we going to communicate?
    1. We are officially using Google Chat in conjunction with Google Meet.
    2. Download the Google Chat and Google Meet app on your phone for ease of access.
  9. How often will I get to interact with my Coach?
    1. This is based on your Coaching package and can be modified at any time needed.
    2. In the event of time sensitive issues, please do not hesitate to reach out! Communication is top priority.
  10. What happens if I forget an exercise or how to perform a lift properly?
    1. You can reference the video library or reach out for explanation through one of the communications platforms. 
  11. How do I access my program?
    1. We are using Google Drive to provide all training programs directly to you.
  12. How do I pay for my Coaching?
    1. Everything will be through our Stan Store for Functional Human Solutions here
  13. What about Nutrition Coaching?
    1. Inquire about our health habits program, or if included in your package ask your Coach directly.
  14. What if I need a community?
    1. Our community will be mainly virtual using social applications, but training camps and other fitness events will be posted throughout the year.
  15. If I get injured or have movement concerns how will that be addressed?
    1. Jeremy is a movement specialist and Soft Tissue Therapist, he will evaluate your concerns and provide appropriate solutions and/or refer you to a local provider that can perform hands on therapy.
  16. What is Event Coaching?
    1. Event for when an athlete has a competition and wants Jeremy there for the event/competition. Jeremy’s availability will be dependent on Army and life commitments.
